James Kago is the Finance and Administration Manager at Kenya Climate Innovation Center. As a Finance and Administration Manager, James oversees all financial resources and administrative aspects of the organization. James has vast experience in financial management and international development both in the public and private sector. Prior to joining the Kenya Climate Innovation Center, James worked at KPMG East Africa with the International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) department where he was responsible for providing financial management services to various development partners’ programmes.
James holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from United States International University. James is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya. In addition he completed the Program for Management Development (PMD), Strathmore Business School.
