Information Technology Officer

Tabitha is the IT Officer at KCIC. She serves in the capacity of an IT expert with a focus on Management Information Systems operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software),data management, system security management. She ensures smooth delivery of technology services, monitors, operates, coordinates and assists others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve desired results. Tabitha has ten years’ experience both in System administration, Support and technical operations from Munshiram International Business machines (MIBM) and from Harmony Solution Limited. Tabitha holders a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Mt. Kenya University and a Diploma in Project Management from Kenya Institute of Management. She is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and ITIL V3 Certified. Funfact: When she is not providing therapy for laptops abused by their human owners, Tabitha loves baking and singing.
