Ivy Otambo

Human Resource Officer

Ivy Otambo is the Human Resource Officer at KCIC. She guides the HR and administration efforts within KCIC with her skills and capabilities to ensure that the overall objective of the organization is met. She is a first learner, reliable and a team player. She was among the first employees to join KCIC as it started and has also worked in procurement and administration. Before Joining KCIC, Ivy worked in Strathmore Business School and Strathmore University respectively in the Human Resource department. Ivy is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in MSc Human Resource Management (HRM). She has had professional training in Strategic Human Resource Management through the DFC program and higher diploma in HRM offered by IHRM. She did her undergraduate studies in USIU.
