The magazine is a publication of Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC), an organization that is at the forefront in supporting innovative climate change solutions and accelerating the development of a clean-tech and sustainable industry in Africa.
One of the many successes of KCIC has been the Live Green magazine. It focuses on climate change, its impact and mitigation and creates a broad platform for climate change enthusiasts to share their opinions, interact and acquire knowledge on matters of climate change and sustainability.
Content of this magazine is majorly bestowed by organizations and individuals who are fascinated in sharing proposals that play a huge role in countering the adverse impacts of climate change. Live Green’s goal is to motivate and ensure full participation of the public and private sector organizations in climate action. The magazine also features news based on climate and upcoming events.
Over the years, the magazine has seen great writers, researchers and experts in various fields come together to share their opinions and reviews hence creating a great platform for climate change interactions.
This edition, with the theme; “Organic farming as a way of enhancing sustainability”, seeks to spell out ways in which organic farming can play a role in promoting sustainability.

Before submitting your article, there are some house rules that you should read.
- Ensure the article is between 450-500 words.
- Split the content into small paragraphs; each paragraph must contain 3 to 4 sentences to give the readers an easy time.
- Be exceptional and creative. Avoid being biased and controversial.
- Article should be based on your own actions or inner thoughts-what you would do, say, think or feel and how it affects your life and that of others. Avoid plagiarism completely.
- Attach media for example an image(JPG, PNG), video, map or tweets to capture the attention of the readers and give the article a meaningful look. Be aware of copyright issues.
