Kings Biofuels Marketing Executive
Kings Biofuels Limited, a leading briquettes manufacturing company, is seeking to recruit a highly dynamic and self driven individual as part of its growth strategy. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
Generating and converting leads into happy and satisfied customers.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Day to day management of the sales team and the sales consultant ensuring they are on track for achieving Key Performance Indicators
Develop a database of target customers and develop a strategy on how to approach and market our products
Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and new clients, business partners in order to identify business development opportunities
Actively involved in the collection and ensure that the credit term is adhered to.
Training the sales team on sales techniques and effective marketing strategies
Manage relationships with existing and potential customers in order to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers;
Reporting on activities toward target to the company directors.
Develop and implement specific marketing and sale plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals our products.
Lead cross function integration across field sales and marketing and manufacturing
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
Attending meetings with customers alongside sales consultants
Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports to the senior management.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
A sales and marketing qualification Diploma or Degree
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent planning, selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver power point presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
3 years of experience working in a sales and marketing role.
A valid driver’s license will be added advantage.
Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team
For this position, we are offering a two-tier remuneration package i.e. a retainer salary that is commensuration with experience and job capability as well as commission for sale made.
